We are seeking a Service Manager to lead the Service Team at Belleville Volkswagen. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team success and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the Service Department.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive department performance.
- Ensure compliance with the manufacturer's warranty and service policies.
- Optimize shop workflow, technician efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate scheduling, work order processing, and cost control.
- Manage, support, and develop service advisors, technicians, and admin staff.
- Foster a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
- Work closely with executive leadership to support dealership goals and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous Service Management experience required.
- Proven ability to manage team performance and department KPIs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with dealership DMS platforms (PBS preferred).
- Knowledge of service department operations and customer service best practices.
