Automotive Technician & Apprentice Wanted

De Silva Automotive is growing, and we’re looking for an Experienced Automotive Technician and an Apprentice Technician to join our team.
We specialize in European vehicles, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, and other luxury brands. This is a fast-paced environment with strong earning potential for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to continue developing their skills.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance and scheduled services
- Inspect and test vehicles to determine required repairs
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
- Use modern diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
- Work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume shop
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Mechanic, or Apprentice
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of automotive repair equipment and procedures
- Experience with European vehicles preferred
- Familiarity with Autel diagnostic equipment and/or BMW ISTA software
- Dealership experience is considered an asset
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Valid G-Class Driver’s License
- 310S License or currently pursuing certification

Training Period
The first two weeks will be considered a training and evaluation period. Hours may initially be part-time and will increase based on performance, knowledge, adaptability, and work ethic.
