Manage customer projects from quotation through production launch.
Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, purchasing, and other departments to keep projects on track.
Support new product development and production launches.
Prepare project costing, timelines, and manufacturing plans.
Coordinate tooling, equipment, fixtures, and packaging requirements.
Track project milestones and provide regular status updates.
Manage engineering changes and customer requirements throughout the project.
Support APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and other quality planning activities.
Help resolve production and quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain project documentation, including SAP, BOMs, and related records.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and health & safety procedures.
