We are seeking a full-time line cook to join our small and dedicated team here at Le Swan! The cuisine is elevated comfort food; a playful mix of French Bistro and American Diner classics. The restaurant is a semi-historical Toronto institution, so we are very small but lively! Opening hours are for dinner service only (although prep starts midday).
We are an established company that fosters a fun and supportive environment, prioritizes work/life balance and offers above industry-standard pay.
2+ years in a similar environment is ideal! Basic knife skills, time management and communication skills are a must.
We are looking to fill a position that is 4-5 days a week. Cash tips paid weekly, daily staff meal.
