We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join a business services organization in Richmond Hill, Ontario on a Long-term Contract basis. This position is ideal for someone who can manage recruitment from initial intake through offer stage while also supporting day-to-day HR administrative activities. The successful candidate will use a variety of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn and online recruiting platforms, to connect with talent with experience in intermediate-level roles and help maintain an efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end hiring activities, from gathering role requirements and sourcing talent to coordinating interviews and supporting offer preparation.
- Use LinkedIn and other recruitment channels to advertise opportunities, identify suitable candidates, and build strong talent pipelines.
- Screen applicants and conduct initial outreach to evaluate experience, qualifications, and alignment with hiring needs for intermediate-level positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates within applicant tracking and related systems to support organized hiring workflows.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and other HR administrative duties to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, provide recruitment updates, and support timely decision-making.
- Prepare job postings, schedule interviews, and manage follow-up communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Proven experience handling full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and online job posting strategies.
- Experience recruiting intermediate-level professionals across a range of business functions.
- Comfortable balancing talent acquisition responsibilities with HR administrative support tasks.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and recruitment documentation practices.
- Knowledge of onboarding processes and general human resources administration.
- Experience using tools such as ADP Workforce Now and related HR systems is considered an asset.
