Coast Dental Centre is a well-established, privately owned dental practice that has proudly served the Maple Ridge community for over 30 years. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and adaptable Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently multitask while leading our administrative team and overseeing daily operations.
The ideal Office Manager for our team is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience while leading a highly organized and collaborative practice. They are excited to develop and implement innovative methods to enhance patient care, optimize practice efficiency, improve the flow of patients throughout the office, and foster strong collaboration between our administrative and clinical teams.

Schedule
Full-Time
- Approximately 35–40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays as required
- Flexible schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the administrative team while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture
- Oversee daily operations while managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, workflow, and front office performance
- Handle patient inquiries, team needs, and operational challenges efficiently and professionally
- Monitor key practice metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of administrative staff
- Ensure accurate billing, insurance processing, collections, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain efficient systems, policies, and office procedures
- Work closely with the dentists to execute practice goals and strategic initiatives
- Maintain compliance with privacy legislation and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience in a leadership role
- Knowledge of ClearDent is an asset
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of dental insurance, treatment coordination, scheduling, and financial administration
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Customer-service mindset with a genuine commitment to patient care
