Job Summary
We are looking for a part-time Barista who is friendly, reliable, and passionate about customer service, coffee, and pastries. This role involves providing excellent service, preparing drinks and food, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We value a strong team culture and are looking for someone who is open to communication and collaboration. While this is a part-time position, it can also be an opportunity to grow with us over time.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations
- Keep display cases organized and visually appealing
- Support team members and maintain a positive work environment
- Handle basic cleaning duties (bar, kitchen, dishes, and common areas)
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by basic policies
Qualifications
- At least 6month of Food and Beverage industry experience
- Barista experience is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Flexible availability
