is looking for a hands-on Scenic Carpenter / Experiential Fabricator to help build custom trade show exhibits, brand activations, retail environments, and touring display systems across Canada and the U.S.
This is not repetitive construction work. Every project is different.
One week you may be fabricating custom millwork and branded environments in our shop. The next, you may be onsite installing a large-scale activation at a convention centre, arena, hotel, or event venue.
We are looking for people from backgrounds such as:
- film and TV set construction
- scenic carpentry
- theatre production
- exhibit fabrication
- commercial millwork
- live events
- custom installations
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble custom exhibit and activation components
- Read drawings, layouts, and production details
- Assist with installs and dismantles onsite
- Work with modular exhibit systems, graphics, AV integrations, and custom millwork
- Maintain high-quality finishes and attention to detail
- Assist with packing, logistics, staging, and preparation for events
- Problem solve onsite under tight timelines
Ideal Experience
- Carpentry or fabrication experience
- Comfortable using shop tools and equipment
- Experience in film, theatre, exhibits, events, or millwork is considered a strong asset
- Able to travel occasionally throughout Canada and the U.S.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
