Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to contact prospective clients, explain our real estate offerings, generate qualified leads, and schedule site visits for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided databases
- Explain property/project details, pricing, and offers clearly
- Generate and qualify leads, and maintain a follow-up pipeline
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses in CRM
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th pass / High school diploma (Graduate preferred)
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
Experience:
- 0–2 years in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service (freshers may apply)
- Prior experience in real estate or sales is a strong plus
- Proficient in Hindi and Punjabi languages
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/local language]
- Confident and persuasive phone manner
- Good listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
