Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lawyer (Corporate/Commercial) to join our team at Beacon Law Centre. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed. Reporting directly to the owners, you are responsible for providing quality legal services in our Business Law department. The successful candidate will work from our Royal Oak and Sidney office locations.

Accountabilities
- Assist entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses
- Complete business purchase and sale transactions
- Review and draft business agreements
- Delegate document preparation and file work to our team of specialized legal assistants
- Represent Beacon Law Centre in our community
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing corporate and commercial law
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Strong knowledge of applicable legislation, procedures, and best practices
- Proficiency with software tools and comfortable with electronic communication and file management
