Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and daily specials
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to provide excellent service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- 1 year of serving experience preferred
- Valid Smart Serve Certification required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
