Position Overview
As a Licensed 310T Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of heavy‑duty trucks and trailers. You will work with well‑maintained equipment in a supportive, team‑oriented environment and play a key role in ensuring fleet reliability and MTO compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on heavy‑duty trucks and related equipment
- Complete vehicle inspections and ensure MTO compliance
- Troubleshoot engine, transmission, braking, and emissions systems
- Accurately complete work orders and service documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support emergency and after‑hours repairs as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
- Previous experience with diesel or heavy‑duty equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair procedures
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
