Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Bartender to join our lounge team. The position will start as serving shifts in the lounge. But, may also include Bartending shifts in the lounge and/or for events in our halls.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using Lightspeed POS system.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely service.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with attention to accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, glassware, and utensils in compliance with food safety standards.
- Verify identification to ensure legal drinking age is met.
- Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels.
- Engage with guests professionally to promote a positive atmosphere and handle any customer concerns promptly.
- Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures in accordance with industry standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in serving or bartending roles.
- Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and cashiering.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests courteously and professionally.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating drink recipes accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $18.25-$18.65 per hour
