Responsibilities
- Understand clients' needs and concerns, build sustainable relationships with customers, and provide accurate information about each vehicle.
- Preparing and securing financing, offering credit insurance, extended service contracts, and vehicle protection packages.
- Prepare and secure financing, offer credit insurance, extended service contracts, and vehicle protection packages to customers.
- Verify sales information, determine the need for financing, and prepare financing and legal documents.
- Sell products and services, maintain customer rapport, answer questions, provide information, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain a satisfactory Customer Satisfaction Index and comply with federal, provincial, and local regulations.
- Present additional products to clients, explain and demonstrate financial options to customers, deal directly with lenders and financial institutes, and prepare and document any/all documentation for final delivery.
- Meet and exceed set sales goals, adhere to a standard of professional ethics, be knowledgeable of provincial regulations, and maintain good lender relations.
Qualifications
- Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experience.
- Car sales experience or equivalent work experience.
- OMVIC License and a valid class "G" driver's license.
- Strong financial services and automotive industry background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong relationship building skills and high level of personal integrity.
- Ability to handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgement and maturity.
- High level of self-motivation, accountability for goals/targets, and desire to earn above-average income.
- Highly computer proficient with solid organizational skills.
- Coaching skills and the ability to practice established tools and methods effectively.
