Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment exercises.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and recovery plans in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure or certification as required by local regulatory bodies.
- Prior hospital experience, particularly in acute care or pediatrics, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices related to physiotherapy.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and demonstrate compassion and professionalism at all times.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in physiotherapy practices.
Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
