Summary
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Canada. Based in Brantford, this role is vital in driving our sales growth and strengthening customer relationships, aligning with our mission to deliver exceptional baking products worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Proactively contact existing and prospective customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bakeware products
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell across product lines (e.g., pans, molds, specialty baking tools)
- Account Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and commercial kitchen clients
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Respond promptly to inquiries, quotes, and order requests
- Order Processing & Coordination
- Prepare quotes, enter orders, and follow through to delivery
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Track order status and resolve any issues or delays
- Product Knowledge & Expertise
- Develop strong knowledge of bakeware materials, features, and applications
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and trends in baking and foodservice
- Market Development
- Identify new sales opportunities within target markets (retail, foodservice, industrial baking)
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal product launches
- Gather and report customer feedback and market intelligence
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM systems
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates
- Qualifications
- 2–5 years of inside sales or customer service experience (preferably in consumer goods, kitchenware, or foodservice)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in bakeware.
- Familiarity with retail and/or foodservice distribution channels
- Passion or knowledge of baking and culinary trends

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
