Are you an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal installer looking to grow with a fast-moving construction team? SET Mechanical, a sister company of Baydo Development Corporation, is hiring Sheet Metal professionals to support large-scale residential developments across BC and Alberta.

Your Role – Sheet Metal Focus
- Install and modify duct systems (exposed/concealed)
- Guide or assist in layout and coordination
- Work with rooftop units and airside components
- Read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Maintain jobsite safety and code compliance
Requirements
- Min. 4 years in Sheet Metal HVAC installation
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings
- Experience of HVAC Foreman
- Experience of maganing large project (low rise or high rise)
- Physically fit to lift and move equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Red Seal or ITA Apprentice (we sponsor)
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: $40–$55/hr
- Extended health, dental, RRSP match, company events
- Overtime available
- Monday–Friday, occasional weekends
