No experience required - we will provide training!
We are currently hiring for the following shift:
- 6AM - 2:30PM (8 hours), 5 weekdays
- 2:25PM - 1:15AM (10 hours), 4 weekdays
Responsibilities:
- Stacking & bundling of building materials (siding, trim, plank, panels, etc.) – SPF, Hardie board, engineered wood
- Reviewing products for quality as they come off the production line
- Packaging & labelling
- Feeding materials into coating machines
- Assisting with machine set-up, operation and general maintenance
- General related production duties and clean-up
- Willingness to help anywhere required
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic & team first, can-do positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical condition, capable of repetitive lifting (25-40 lbs) and physical labor
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Desire to learn and continuously improve
- Good numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail with a desire to contribute to a high-quality product
- Reliable and trustworthy - our production team requires consistent attendance and a dedication to succeed
Additional Attributes:
- Reliable Transportation to work (transit, vehicle, etc.)
- Forklift experience is an asset, but not required
