Tower Mechanical Ltd. is looking for an experienced Journeyperson Refrigeration Mechanic to join our growing commercial service team.

Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose and repair rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, make-up air units, heat pumps, boilers, and associated mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and control systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Complete service reports and communicate professionally with customers.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Work independently while collaborating with other technicians when required.
Qualifications
- Journeyperson Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic (Red Seal preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience servicing boilers, controls, and commercial HVAC equipment is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Legally able to work in Canada
