Being a healthy & stable growing company we are increasing our work force and we seek a “Supply Chain Assistant” to join her/his efforts with our mainly Logistics & Procurement Department who will prospect into daily Supply Chain process.

We seek an individual with the following qualities
Basic Qualifications :
· Preferably Min. of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Analytical skills
- Need to be focused, detailed, and multi-task oriented
Areas of Responsibility Related to Job Description :
· Must be able to work regularly daily
· Purchasing Related Responsibilities & Duties :
o Able to create the best possible buying option: right vendor, right material, right price, and right payment term with on-time production and service.
o Creating Buying Price Charts depending on the price quotations and pro-forma invoices received from Vendors and using them to open purchase orders to Vendors.
o To open & follow all PO processes in detail from start to end
o Keeping track of the production process and having them finished on time
· Logistics Related Responsibilities & Duties :
o Fully Able to manage Logistics operations
o Negotiate Local & Ocean Freight Rates and Transit Times to obtain the best terms
o Keep all records of quotations, rates, confirmations, and agreed terms
o Monitor and track all incoming shipments (ocean, air, inland)
o Provide on-time dispatch instructions to agents and vendors
o Managing Local & Ocean Transportation to Customers & Warehouses
o Managing the Customs Clearance
o Keeping track of Inventory Stock Level of all warehouses
o Managing all the processes in shipping in/out of stocks in and from the warehouses
o When necessary, search for new warehouses and negotiate with them to get the best rates
Location: Pointe-Claire, Quebec
Corporate Support: Experienced & Strong management leadership.
Education: Preferably College or University degree from related departments
