Job Description: Leasing & Property Agent
The Corporation hereby employs the “Employee” in the capacity of Leasing and Property Mangement agent in such position the “Employee” shall be responsible primarily but not limited to:
- Completing the approval process for tenants.
- Drafting and Execution of Lease Agreement.
- Showing and explaining the advantages of what Our Rental Property offers to potential tenants’ vs the competition.
- Resolve or Problem Solve tenants issues and complaints.
- Issue Service Requests.
- Coordinate Move-In and Move-outs.
- Interpreting the RTA.
- Processing and Filling Paperwork.
- Manage and review Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) is adhered to.
- Prepare rental reports and market research from other rentals comparable in the area
- Inspect Occupied and vacant suite
- Duties as assigned and therefore are not limited to these
This is a developing role within the company and other duties and responsibilities will emerge as the projects continue to progress Personal Skills Ability to work to deadlines and multi task are essential. Excellent documentation skills. Ability to demonstrate integrity, commitment, personal high standards, and confidentiality at all times are required as a representative of the company.Ability to handle pressure in a professional and dignified manner at all times
Leasing and property management agent with 3 years experience in the field .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
