About Us: Freehouse Collective is growing — and we're bringing Sing Sing to Langley. As one of Vancouver's most beloved neighbourhood spots, Sing Sing has built its reputation on an irreverent mix of pizza, pho, beer, cocktails and everything in between. Now, we're planting roots at Willowbrook's Courtyard, and we need a General Manager who's ready to help us do it right. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes hospitality — a natural publican with a genuine love for people, community and the beautiful chaos of a room that's firing on all cylinders.

The Role: This is a full-time salaried position, with compensation commensurate with experience. Ideal candidates are passionate about fast-paced social atmospheres and embody authentic publican traits — with a strong sense of culture, community and genuine compassion for hospitality. The Manager at Sing Sing Willowbrook is the connective thread between front of house and back of house, between the team and the guest. You'll own the health of the FOH business: hiring, training and retaining a team that's as passionate about hospitality as you are. You'll be supported by a veteran group of GMs and Directors, with clear goals, room to grow and a team invested in your success.
What We're Looking For: Two years in restaurant or pub management is required. Beyond that, we're after someone with sharp organizational instincts, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep their head on straight when the room gets loud and the tickets are stacking up.
