We are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong ability to assist customers over the phone by explaining installation procedures, answering product questions, and providing technical support and consultation.
The ideal candidate has automotive experience, strong communication skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and accurate technical guidance.
Responsibilities
- Explain caliper cover installation procedures to customers over the phone
- Provide consultation and technical support regarding product fitment and installation
- Answer customer questions professionally and clearly
- Troubleshoot basic installation issues with customers
- Receive inventory and ensure products are packaged properly and organized
- Inspect vehicles before and after installation
- Take before and after photos of vehicles and document all work completed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all company procedures and safety standards
Qualifications
- Automotive experience is required (mechanic, tire technician, accessory installer, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Knowledge of basic automotive tools and installation procedures
- Computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
