Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and tech-savvy Receptionist & Sales Associate to welcome customers, assist with hot tub and parts sales, and manage our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, sales, and digital outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries
- Sell hot tubs, accessories, and parts, providing product information and recommendations
- Promote current promotions and special offers
- Schedule and confirm service and delivery appointments
- Process sales transactions accurately at the POS
- Assist customers with technical questions about products
- Manage and update social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to promote products, specials, and company news
- Create engaging content, respond to comments, and interact with followers
- Support inventory management and replenishment
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Experience or interest in managing social media accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of hot tubs, parts, and accessories preferred
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools (canva, facebook marketing, etc.)
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Organized, creative, and able to multitask
