Enrolled in: 4th year of TMU Undergraduate Program.
Overall academic performance at B+ (3.3 GPA) or above.
Must have completed course with B+ (3.3 GPA) or above grade level.
Previous evaluation of performance as an Assistant at the University (if applicable).
Relevant Experience:
1. The candidates should show a high level of knowledge in management accounting.
2. The candidates will be required to write/answer a short exam or case, and develop and present a management accounting problem during the interview. The candidates will be assessed for their level of knowledge in management accounting based on their performance at the interview.
3. The candidates should have obtained an undergraduate degree in accounting or is enrolled in the 4th year of TMU Accounting undergraduate program or higher. Enrollment in CPA or CPA PEP program and/or a Canadian CPA designation is preferred.
4. The candidates should have overall academic performance at B+ (3.3 GPA) or above. The candidates also should have completed Introductory Management Accounting course AND Intermediate Management Accounting Course with B+ (3.3 GPA) or above within the most recent 5 years. An unofficial transcript is required as a proof of taking the above two courses.
5. The candidates should be available for the scheduled weekly lab sessions each week from September 19 to December 12, 2026.
6. The candidates should have prior experience with tutoring management accounting lab sessions and using ZOOM for virtual teaching.
