Smitty’s Peterborough is looking for a talented Line Cook to join our busy kitchen team. We pride ourselves on delivering a great breakfast experience, and we are looking for a cook who views the kitchen not just as a job, but as a craft.

Core Responsibilities
- Station Ownership: You own your station from prep to service. You are responsible for the quality, presentation, and consistency of your dishes, as well as the cleanliness and organization of your work area.
- Service Excellence: Execute breakfast menu items efficiently while following strict recipe specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the pass, the fry station, and the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, timely service.
- Composure: Maintain a steady, focused pace during high-volume periods. You are the rock of the kitchen when the rush hits.
- Safety Standards: Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. You take pride in maintaining a spotless, organized workspace.

- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Line Cook (Breakfast experience is a major asset).
- Mindset: A positive, proactive attitude. You are a team player who is always looking for ways to support your colleagues.

- Technical Skill: Solid understanding of various cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
