Debt Control Agency Inc. (DCA) is a leading Canadian collection agency, with our Head Office in Toronto and branch offices in Laval and Kelowna. For over 20 years, we have provided full-cycle collection services, from Customer Cure Programs and Third-Party Collections to Legal Recovery.
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Kelowna, BC operations and are seeking five (5) experienced Collection Agents to join our on-site team.
The Role
This role is suited to motivated, career-minded professionals with third-party collections and/or sales experience. We offer a stable work schedule, competitive compensation, and opportunities for advancement within a well-established organization.
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to recover outstanding balances
- Negotiate payment arrangements and repayment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely account documentation
- Analyze delinquent accounts and recommend next steps
- Deliver professional, solution-focused customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in third-party collections or a related role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $40,000 – $42,000 annually (based on experience)
