We are currently seeking an experienced Full Time Apparel Decorator with strong skills in DTF (Direct to Film) printing and logo application. The ideal candidate is precise, organized, and committed to maintaining consistent quality across all garments.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Apply DTF transfer logos accurately on a wide variety of apparel items.
· Ensure proper logo placement, sizing, and alignment for each garment.
· Follow production schedules and maintain workflow efficiency.
· Keep work area safe, clean and organized.
· Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily production goals.
· Perform light maintenance/ troubleshooting on equipment if needed.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 2 years experience working with DTF transfers and heat press equipment required.
· Strong attention to detail and quality control.
· Excellent organization and time management skills.
· Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with embroidery, or other apparel decoration methods.
· Fluent in Microsoft Office’s; Outlook & Excel.
· Minimum 1 year in Graphic Design
