Job Summary
We are a custom home builder seeking an experienced and versatile Carpenter to join our growing team. Our work specializes in high-quality finish carpentry, but also includes siding, tear-outs, decks, window install and minor framing. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and can handle a variety of residential construction tasks. Clean and valid drivers license with experience pulling and backing up a trailer is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Finish carpentry (trim, baseboards, crown molding, doors, hardware)
- Siding installation and exterior finishing
- Tear-outs and site prep for renovations and custom builds
- Minor framing and general carpentry tasks
- Read and interpret plans and work with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finish carpentry and general carpentry
- Ability to handle a range of residential construction tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team
- Knowledge of construction safety practices
