Class 3 Driver / Labourer

No Limits Underground is a growing underground utility contractor specializing in water and sewer, directional drilling, telecommunications, traffic signals, and civil construction throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
We're looking for a dependable, hard-working Class 3 Air Driver / Labourer to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a crew that takes pride in quality work, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Operate Class 3 tandem trucks safely and efficiently.
- Haul gravel, sand, spoil, and construction materials.
- Assist crews with water and sewer installations, excavations, and general civil construction.
- Load and unload equipment and materials.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
- Work safely around excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Valid Manitoba Class 3 Driver's Licence with Air Brake (Q) endorsement.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Construction or underground utility experience is an asset.
- Ability to perform physical labour in all weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
- Willing to travel and work out of town when required.
