Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Senior Fire Alarm Technician ensures inspection, maintenance, and emergency service of fire alarm systems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Inspection, service and troubleshooting of existing fire alarm systems
- Performing upgrades, repairs, additions or improvements to systems following inspection
- Preparation of inspection, and deficiencies reports in a timely manner
- Respond to emergency calls during evenings and weekends, on a rotational basis

Succes Factors
- Diploma in Fire Protection Technology/Technologist or other relevant training
- CFAA certification
- 2 years of relevant experience in service and inspection of fire alarm systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Working knowledge of CAN/ULC standards S536 is preferred
- Knowledge of Notifier products (an asset)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work well independently
