We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, POS systems, and cash handling, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing transactions
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and food handling with attention to food safety standards
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including barista-style drinks if applicable
- Manage serving duties efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist with food preparation as needed to support smooth operations during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, barista work, or food preparation is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in cashiering or food service roles is advantageous but not required
