What You'll Do
- Install and activate residential Internet, TV, and Home Phone services.
- Troubleshoot and repair telecommunications services.
- Install fibre, Wi-Fi equipment, TV receivers, and networking devices.
- Educate customers on available products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend additional products and upgrades.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Complete work orders accurately and on time.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year telecommunications installation experience
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable work van or truck
- Complete set of telecommunications tools
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders and in various weather conditions
Contractor Requirements
Applicants must have or be willing to obtain:
- GST/HST Registration Number
- Business Liability Insurance
- Workers' Compensation (WorkSafeBC) coverage (if applicable)
- Reliable work vehicle (van or truck)
- Professional installation tools and test equipment
