Job Title: Car Parts Sales Representative
Location: Aadco Auto Parts, Brampton, Ontario
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $20/hour + Commission (to be discussed in interview)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Car Parts Sales Representative to join our team! If you have experience in automotive parts sales, excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will be responsible for selling car parts face-to-face and over the phone, ensuring quick and efficient service for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell automotive parts to customers in-store and over the phone.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in finding the right parts for their needs.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with automotive trends.
- Process orders, payments, and returns efficiently.
- Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Keep the sales area organized and assist with inventory when needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in car parts sales or the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory (any sales experience is great!).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory checks.
- Automotive knowledge is required (please do not apply if you have none).
