Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Data review Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to review and validate data collected during vehicle safety inspections to ensure accuracy, completeness, regulatory compliance, and contribute to safer vehicles on the road of Ontario.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Audit Manager, you will be accountable for:

Review and document audits of Safety and Emissions Inspection data.

Analyze documentation and reports.
-
Handle program inquiries via audio calls, emails, and chats.

Ensure quality and compliance in scheduled audits.

Perform quality testing on new or updated technology.
-
Manage performance indicators and achieve response time targets.
-
Maintain service levels and work independently or as part of a team.

Participate in special projects and other duties as needed.
Qualifications
-
Practical understanding of quality control is an asset
-
Practical experience in data review is an asset
-
Excellent telephone manner, written, and verbal communication skills
-
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)-

Capable of multitasking and quickly adapting to new information and procedures

Work with minimal supervision within department defined procedures
-
Post-secondary education preferred
-
Ability to multitask, quickly adapt to latest information and procedures.

Salary Range: $17.88 - $26.49
