Daytime Caretaker Responsibilities:
-Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
-8:30 am to 12:30 pm
- General caretaking duties to maintain the cleanliness of a condo building
- Clean common areas, including restrooms, hallways, elevators and entrances
- Empty trash receptacles
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as necessary
- Follow established safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Experience:
- Previous cleaning experience helpful
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills to interact with residents and visitors
Note: The caretaker may be required to perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Pay: From $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 per week
