Haven Spa & Social Club is a modern luxury spa and social destination in the heart of Muskoka. We offer elevated beauty and wellness services in a relaxed, community-driven environment that blends spa treatments with a licensed social lounge experience.
We are currently looking for a skilled and client-focused Esthetician to join our growing team.
About the Role
The primary focus of this role is delivering high quality facial treatments and full body waxing services in a professional, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, confident in waxing services, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience.
Experience with relaxation massage (non-RMT) is considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments
- Provide full body waxing services (including Brazilian waxing)
- Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and treatment room presentation
- Deliver a warm, elevated guest experience aligned with Haven’s service philosophy
- Support retail sales through skincare recommendations
- Maintain accurate client notes and treatment records
Qualifications
- Certified Esthetician (recognized training program)
- Strong experience in facials and full body waxing
- Brazilian waxing experience preferred
- Experience performing relaxation massage (non-RMT) is an asset
- Knowledge of professional skincare lines and ingredients
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Professional, reliable, and team oriented
