Office Administrator

K.S. Arms Ltd. is a Canadian manufacturer of precision rifle barrels and actions. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This full-time position supports daily office operations, customer service, order processing, and shipping coordination. Experience with Sage 50 is strongly preferred, and Shopify experience is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails
- Prepare customer quotes and process orders
- Order entry and invoicing using Sage 50
- Coordinate shipping and prepare shipping documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and office files
- Assist with inventory administration and office organization
- Support daily administrative operations
- Update and maintain the Shopify website as required (asset)
Qualifications
- Previous office administration experience preferred
- Sage 50 experience is strongly preferred
- Shopify experience is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
- Willingness to learn technical products and procedures
