Cosmetic Beauty Bar is a medical spa located in the inner city Calgary area. We offer Botox, fillers, PRP, facials, laser and more! This is a locally owned small business with a fun positive vibe. Now that the location has grown we require a full time receptionist to complete the team.
Job Description:
As a medical spa receptionist, your duties and responsibilities involve a variety of administrative and customer service tasks at a medical spa, where clients may receive laser skin therapy, permanent hair removal, facial fillers, and other cosmetic treatments. You answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments for clients, process billing paperwork, and ensure that the office and spa remain stocked with inventory. You also provide customer service to clients at various stages of their visit. You greet them when they arrive, help prep them for medical treatments as needed, and coordinate future appointments. You also collect payments and provide information to clients regarding any treatments that the medical spa offers. The right person for this position must have excellent customer service skills and experience.
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and skincare is a requirement
-Previous experience working in a medical spa is a requirement
·Must be able to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
·Must be able to work independently and with a team
·Ability to multitask and be organized in a fast paced environment
·Ability to work overtime as needed
·Must be available to work on weekends as needed
-Previous medical spa experince is an asset
