We are currently hiring motivated and professional Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join our team in Hamilton area. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in fundraising and sales while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Represent respected Canadian charities through outreach fundraising campaigns
Engage potential donors in meaningful conversations to inspire long-term support
Work as part of a team to achieve fundraising goals and uphold high standards of professionalism
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude
Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset, but not required—we’ll train you!
Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Team-oriented and reliable with a strong work ethic
