Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Staff to join our dynamic team at Luxel Decor and Flower is a leading provider of wedding and event decor. This role is key to ensuring that decor items are organized, prepared for events, and returned in excellent condition. In addition to warehouse operations, the position includes working together with other warehouse employees, creating work orders, and assisting with inventory management and closely working with sales coordinators. Duties
- Create work orders for upcoming events, ensuring all required decor items are selected and prepared.
- Organize and separate decor items for each event, preparing them for easy loading and transport.
- Verify the condition and quantity of inventory before and after events, performing quality checks to ensure everything is in top condition.
- Ensure that all inventory is returned after events, conducting thorough checks to verify that nothing is missing or damaged.
- Cleaning items after it comes back from events
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse by ensuring all decor items are stored properly and easily accessible.
- Perform regular inventory counts and track stock levels to maintain accurate records.
- Clean and maintain the warehouse to ensure a safe and clutter-free work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily operational goals and keep the warehouse running smoothly.
- Lift and move heavy decor items (up to 50 pounds) while adhering to safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or similar roles is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining inventory and preparing decor for events.
- Ability to safely use ladders and other equipment to access stored items at various heights.
- Must be capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly and safely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, especially when interacting with other team members and assisting with sales or inventory inquiries.
- A valid driver's license with the ability to transport decor, flowers and inventory when required. This is a mandatory requirement
- Take work orders and ensure the work orders are fullfilled with utmost care and quality.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
