About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and relationship-driven sales professional for a B2B Account Management role reporting to the Sales Director. This position is focused on developing new dealer partnerships, managing merchant relationships, and working closely with business owners, finance managers, and sales teams interested in offering consumer financing solutions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accountability for results.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new dealer partners to support business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners
- Use consultative sales strategies to increase partner engagement and activity
- Provide ongoing coaching and support on financing programs and processes
- Deliver training sessions for small and midsize businesses
- Ensure partner employees are properly trained on the financing platform
- Maintain compliance with approval and risk requirements
- Grow volume within existing partnerships while developing new accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the partner and customer journey
- Track sales activity and provide regular reporting and analysis
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Travel as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of direct sales and relationship management experience
- Background in consumer lending, financial services, or banking is considered an asset
- Proven success managing B2B relationships
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $68,000–$72,000
- Bonus potential up to 67% annually
