Position Summary
Merry Maids, a leading residential cleaning service, is seeking hardworking and reliable House Cleaners for the Burlington area. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy cleaning, take pride in their work, and like making others happy—all while staying active and listening to music. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize residential homes according to Merry Maids’ standards
- Follow provided daily schedules and instructions
- Use company-supplied cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and team members
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients’ homes

Qualifications & Requirements
- No previous experience required—just a positive attitude and a love for cleaning!
- Reliable and punctual, with strong common sense
- Valid G Class driver’s licence and a clean driving record
- Access to a personal, reliable vehicle for work purposes
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting (accommodations available as needed)
Compensation & Schedule
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: Starts at $18.10 per hour (training rate); higher rates available based on performance
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts only
- Supplemental pay: Bonus pay, tips
