Position Overview
We are seeking Construction Labourers to support surface preparation, material handling. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team environment. Entry‑level workers with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Work may include local projects as well as out‑of‑town assignments, depending on project requirements.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Assist with substrate surface preparation
- Assist with measuring and cutting foam and mesh
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
- Mix basecoat and finish materials to specified consistency
- Perform minor trowelling work and assist with stucco application as directed
Tools, Equipment & Site Operations
- Assist with erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- Lift, carry, and handle materials and tools required for work
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Experience, Competencies & Requirements
- 1-3 years of EIFS/Stucco or Construction labour experience
- Minor trowelling and finishing experience
- WHMIS certification
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
