Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Residential Apartment Maintenance Person to oversee the upkeep and repair of our residential apartment building in Saskatoon. This role requires a versatile individual with strong mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills, capable of managing routine maintenance tasks.
Duties
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, appliances, and building fixtures.
- Conduct routine building inspections and complete preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues miscellaneous issues with contractors.
- Restore residential units to "factory" condition upon tenant move out (Patching, painting, checking appliances).
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests with professional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
