Our Value Insulation is a full-service insulation contractor serving the Windsor and Essex County area. We're hiring an experienced Blueskin applicator for our commercial division.
What you'll do
- Apply Blueskin (peel-and-stick air/vapour barrier membrane) on commercial exterior and interior building envelopes
- Prep substrates, detail terminations, laps, and penetrations to spec
- Coordinate with site supervisors and general contractors to meet commercial project schedules
- Work safely at heights and on elevated platforms/scaffolding as required
- Maintain quality and consistency across job sites
What we're looking for
- Proven, hands-on experience installing Blueskin or comparable peel-and-stick membrane systems — this is not an entry-level role
- Comfortable working on commercial job sites with GC coordination and site requirements
- Working at Heights certification — an asset, not required
- Elevated platform/lift certification — an asset, not required
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to travel to job sites
