$55/hour (for Staff Pharmacist)

Our client is a specialized 'concierge' pharmacy built inside the waiting room of a bustling walk-in clinic in Toronto. Our clientele is predominantly immediate-care walk-ins, giving you high-volume clinical interaction without traditional retail grind.
The Workflow (Optimized & Modern)
Average daily volume: ~75Rx/day (highly personal care).
Workflow: Kroll Paperless.
Support: Full coverage. Guaranteed Assistant on every shift.
Automation: Script Pro robot managed by support staff. (Your time is for patients, not production).
The Scope & Growth
This isn’t a maintenance role. We are looking for an ambitious, Injection-Certified (Inj Yes) professional.
No Methadone (Meth No).
Currently specialized, with a small focus on blister packs (which we are aggressively increasing).

Key Responsibilities:
- Compound and dispense prescribed medications
- Provide excellent customer service
- Check prescriptions for accuracy
- Maintain medical profiles
- Coordinate clinical investigations
- Evaluate prescription labeling, blister packaging, and advertising
Requirements:
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacy
- Familiarity and proficiency with the Kroll system
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred experience in a community pharmacy setting
