Consultant/Customer Service Representative. Working knowledge of NSC compliance, IFTA, Prorate, Permits, Log Books and the trucking industry or a willingness to learn is beneficial. Candidates with a working knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) or SECOR/COR are desired. The ideal candidate will be dependable, a self-starter, quick learner, problem solver, have proper time management skills, can work under tight deadlines and follow instructions and has an eye for numbers and attention to detail. Must be confident in working with clients in person, by telephone and email. Salary is negotiable dependent on previous experience. Additional wage consideration to persons who have certifications in OHS or SECOR/COR and policy building.
Job Duties:
- Answer phones/emails
- Set up services/accounts for customers
- Complete client requests for services
- Upsell other related services
- Submit required documentation in a timely manner
- Manage material and records to ensure accurate billing
- Other related responsibilities as assigned
- Data entry and report writing
