Growth & Performance Marketing Manager

Dialist is building the next-generation luxury watch marketplace focused on trust, authentication, dealer relationships, and high-value transactions. We are looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and paid growth strategy across our marketplace.
This is not a traditional “social media manager” role.
We are looking for someone who understands how to turn marketing into measurable business growth:
- buyers,
- dealer acquisition,
- marketplace activity,
- qualified leads,
- conversion optimization,
- and scalable revenue systems.
You will work directly with leadership and play a major role in shaping how Dialist grows across Canada and internationally.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForPaid Media & Growth Strategy
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- YouTube
- TikTok
- LinkedIn (dealer acquisition)
- Manage acquisition funnels for:
- luxury watch buyers,
- dealers,
- consignors,
- and marketplace users
- Build and optimize retargeting systems and audience segmentation
- Monitor CAC, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency
- Allocate budgets strategically based on performance and growth priorities
Funnel Optimization & Analytics
- Analyze user behavior across the marketplace and identify funnel drop-offs
- Improve conversion journeys from:
- ad → website → watch page → inquiry → purchase
- Build dashboards and reporting systems using GA4 and ad platform analytics
- Track and report on:
- buyer acquisition
- dealer acquisition
- marketplace growth
- conversion metrics
- lead quality
- customer behavior
- Work closely with development and leadership teams to improve landing pages, conversion flows, and tracking infrastructure
Creative Strategy & Campaign Testing
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and leadership on ad creatives and campaign direction
- Develop and test:
- hooks
- messaging
- luxury positioning
- UGC concepts
- retargeting creatives
- buyer trust campaigns
- Lead structured A/B testing across:
- creatives
- audiences
- landing pages
- campaign formats
- offers and messaging
CRM & Retention Marketing
- Build and improve email/SMS follow-up flows and lifecycle marketing systems
- Develop retargeting and retention strategies for:
- repeat visitors
- high-intent buyers
- abandoned inquiries/checkouts
- dealer onboarding
- Help improve customer retention and repeat engagement
What We’re Looking ForRequired
- 4+ years experience in:
- performance marketing,
- growth marketing,
- paid media,
- or digital acquisition
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- GA4
- retargeting
- conversion tracking
- campaign optimization
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Deep understanding of:
- customer acquisition
- conversion funnels
- audience segmentation
- attribution
- A/B testing
- and performance optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication and ownership mentality
Strong Bonus
- Experience with:

- Experience scaling multi-channel acquisition systems

- Familiarity with Shopify, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar systems
