Responsibilities
- Able to stand or walk for 8-10 hours
- Possess a sense of responsibility and ability to multitask in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Good computer skills (outlook, work, excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Organization skills is a must
- Laise with leads in all area of terminal
- Communication with Ship Guest Services team
- Complete summary for ship file
- Communicate any concerns with manager throughout the day
- Work with other stakeholders in terminal for proper guest flow and IT connection
- Manage by walking around
- Complete turnaround report at end of day
- Ensure all equipment has been put away at the end of day
- Put all reports in ship day folder
- Scan reports to place on SharePoint for invoicing
- Send payroll report to payroll coordinator
